Dynamic pull Clean Pull - 4 x 4 (105% of 1RM clean) Overhead Strength Strict Press - 12 @ 65%, 8 @ 72%, 6 @ 77%, 4 @ 80%, 2 @ 86% Conditioning 4 rounds 300m run 12 burped box jump 10 Push press 8 toes to bar This week much of the conditioning will center around the vitality raid workouts. In todays WOD work to hit unbroken on each exercise.
