     Performance - 5 x 2 wall kick up + 5 deficit push-up (rest exactly 30 sec)
     Competition - 5 x 6 HSPU (one mat or less or use plates to create deficit)

Conditioning - 12 min EMOM
      - 3 squat clean (P:100/70, C:135/95)   - 6 Burpee
